With 17 years of experience as a paramedic, Kyle brings a broad background in emergency medicine, flight medicine, critical care, clinical education, and healthcare operations.

Throughout his career, Kyle has worked in high-acuity and fast-paced environments, helping provide exceptional patient care while supporting the clinicians and organizations around him. His experience includes critical care transport, clinical education, leadership, program development, staffing, and day-to-day EMS operations.

Kyle founded Morgan Healthcare Solutions to help healthcare organizations maintain reliable staffing and deliver consistent, high-quality care. His hands-on clinical background allows him to understand the challenges agencies face because he has experienced them himself as a paramedic, educator, leader, and operations professional.
